Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bread
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons stevia
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon non-fat, plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tablespoon pure honey or agave
1/4 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together (except for 1/2 tablespoon rolled oats), then mix wet and combine. Pour batter into a bread loaf pan, sprinkle the 1/2 T rolled oats on top, and bake until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 35-50 minutes depending on your oven.
Wait for bread to cool before slicing.
Makes 8 servings.
